Cnn Videos won't play

Hi,

I've been having this problem for a while now and I just can't seem to figure it out. Cnn videos won't play in FF 16.0.2 or Chrome but they will in IE. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling FF, as well as clearing all cookies, even my Flash history. I've started FF in safe mode, but that doesn't work either. I've ran SpyBot, Malwarebytes and Norton to clear out anything that might be causing this. I also have the current version of Flash installed. Videos on other sites, such as Youtube, work just fine. I've googled this and I can't seem to find an answer. Anyone have any suggestions?

Please help.
